Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.  In the event that you are not happy with your order, please email us on amanda.somerville@blueyonder.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

We are unable to refund any wax melts that have been used or opened.

As a small business unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.
